What I Do
- I empower individuals to live in a way that feels authentic and truthful, in order to deepen connection in relationships, professionally, and spiritually.
- I help my clients to tap into and express what they are feeling--or sometimes not able to feel--underneath the routines that seem fine on the outside, but too often block genuine vitality and pleasure.
- I work holistically with my clients to achieve and embody long lasting change by using a dynamic, body-oriented approach, rather than by just analyzing what is not working.
